Tarsem reveals anger at Mirror Mirror: The Untold Adventures of Snow White trailer cuts

With the release of Mirror Mirror: The Untold Adventures of Snow White moving ever closer, visionary director Tarsem Singh has revealed that he is "really angry" with the trailers for his upcoming fairytale adaptation.
The Immortals filmmaker tells Digital Spy that he feels the promos for the Lily Collins and Julia Roberts starring film don't do justice to the finished product.
"I'm really angry at the trailers, I'm a director, I guess, so I always get pissed at them! The movie looks fantastic and the trailers look so hammily off.
The posters are okay, they're still neutral, but we're trying to get the film out there so people don't judge it by the trailer."
When asked if he had any control over the trailer cuts, Tarsem added "I backed away from it a bit. I fought that fight on Immortals and I found that I was taking my eye off the movie. I said I'll fight for the movie, but marketing can fight for how you want to sell it."
Tarsem's Mirror Mirror: The Untold Adventures of Snow White comes to UK screens on April 2 before its closest rival Snow White and the Huntsman comes to cinemas on June 1 and talking about the release date Tarsem said "That was the only way we could go, they could probably afford to go second, we couldn't afford it - they're close to double our budget."
Mirror Mirror: The Untold Adventures of Snow White also features Sean Bean, Nathan Lane, Mare Winningham, Michael Lerner and Armie Hammer.
