This movie is about the talented poker player, Huck Cheever (Eric Bana), who seeks a stable and peaceful life with his partner, but still wants to continue his poker career. Cheever promises his girlfriend that if he wins the World Series of Poker in Las Vegas he will never play again. However, he is surprised that he could compete with his father (Robert Duvall) in the tournament; Does he withdraw, especially with the pressure of his girlfriend on him? 21 (2008)

The 21 movie is based on a true story of the 6 MIT students who, together, form the MIT Blackjack team that applies the card counting strategy at multiple casinos in Las Vegas for nearly a decade!

The story revolves around Bond's mission to prevent the terrorist, Le Chiffre, from winning a high-stakes poker game at Casino Royale before taking the profits to fund his terrorist organization. The Gambler (2014)

This movie shows the downside of gambling as Jim Bennett plays with all the money he has and loses everything. However, he didn't stop, as he owed a fortune to the casino gangsters! Since he fails to pay off his debts, he turns to one of his students, Amy; will he succeed in returning the money he borrowed on the specified dates?

 

 

Hard Eight (1996)

Professional gambler, Sydney, teaches John betting tricks. Indeed, John becomes a great student and succeeds in applying these strategies at casinos and reap good profits, but eventually he falls in love with casino waitress, Clementine.

 

 

Croupier (1998)

This movie is one of the classics in the movies about casino games. The hero of this film is Jack Manfred, an aspiring writer, who wants to start his career as a novelist. However, his life circumstances forced him to work in a casino to afford living. He tried to connect his work as a dealer with his talent by writing a novel about the feelings of joy and regret that gamblers feel when betting on the games he introduces them to.
