On February 29, Disney and Pixar are celebrating Leap Day, re-naming this extra day as “Onward Day”, and spreading the magic with paid sneaks of their latest original feature, Onward. These 24 hour special previews will take place ahead of the film’s release in cinemas from the 6th March.
What better way to celebrate this magical extra day, than by spending it with someone you care about in the cinema with this funny and heartwarming movie in which two brothers, voiced by Chris Pratt and Tom Holland, embark on an extraordinary 24-hour quest to discover if there is still a little magic out there!
Following the phenomenal success of 2019’s Toy Story 4 – which this weekend won the 2020 Academy Award for Best Animated Feature – Pixar returns to original storytelling on the big screen, with their very latest stand out feature film, Onward.

Set in a suburban fantasy world, Disney and Pixar’s Onward introduces two teenage elf brothers (voices of Chris Pratt and Tom Holland) who embark on an extraordinary quest to discover if there is still a little magic left out there. Pixar Animation Studios’ all-new original feature film is directed by Dan Scanlon and produced by Kori Rae—the team behind Monsters University. Onward releases in UK cinemas on March 6, 2020.
