TriForce Promotions, the company founded by Jimmy Akingbola and Fraser Ayres to help increase diversity in all its forms in the entertainment industry, today announces the esteemed judging panel for its annual TriForce Short Film Festival (TFSFF).

Set up in 2012, TFSFF’s main objective is to support, recognise and honour emerging filmmakers from any background, and provide a platform for them to showcase their work on the big screen. The festival has grown substantially and now has a vast and loyal network of over 30,000 industry professionals.

Jimmy Akingbola, co-founder, TriForce Promotions, says: “We are absolutely delighted to have such a high calibre of judges for this year’s TFSFF. Now in our third year, we are going from strength to strength and are totally committed to giving filmmakers and actors from a multitude of backgrounds the opportunity to get their work seen by industry professionals.

TriForce Promotions is all about diversity of experience and our panel of judges reflects that.
We are excited to see the breadth of talent to come through the door this year.”

The TriForce Short Film Festival was set up to support the careers of film directors, producers and screenwriters working in the short independent film sector and increase diversity and collaboration in short film production. Its aim is to find and acknowledge innovative storytelling and connect filmmakers and industry professionals.

The third TriForce Short Film Festival will take place at BAFTA on Saturday 22nd November
2014.

The itinerary for the day will include a diverse collection of seminars and screenings, followed by a red carpet Gala event in the evening.
