SHOWCASE CINEMAS OFFERS FREE UPGRADE TO XPLUS SCREENINGS

Film fanatics can grab themselves a free upgrade to XPlus screenings at Showcase Cinemas nationwide this coming month.

The offer, which is available to all cinemagoers between 2 and 12 October (inclusive) will be available for new releases such The Creator, starring John David Washington and Gemma Chan in a dystopian future impacted by war between humans and artificial intelligence and the terrifying Exorcist: The Believer, when it’s released on 6 October.

To celebrate the offer, blockbusters from the past summer including Oppenheimer, Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning: Part 1 and Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny will also be returning to the XPlus screen along with 90s sci-fi favourite Jurassic Park, with all customers able to upgrade their tickets to XPlus for no additional cost.

Showcase Cinemas XPlus features a supersized screen with next generation projection, giving crystal clear definition to give the best and brightest picture in either 2D or 3D.

Completing the XPlus experience is the Dolby Atmos sound system, which delivers a fully immersive, powerful, and dramatic listening experience like no other.
