Wesley Snipes returns to acting with ‘Havana Heat’
Action hero Wesley Snipes who is best known as Blade in the 'Blade' trilogy and last seen with Don Cheadle in 'Brooklyn's Finest' is reportedly back filming, he has signed on to appear in the Dean Hamilton directed 'Havana Heat'.
Unfortunattely, it may be destined for a straight to DVD release, since the last offering from Dean Hamilton was 'Blonde and Blonder in 2007 that went straight to DVD even though it boasted Denise Richards and Pamela Anderson in its cast.
Apparently the story centres on a Homeland Security agent who is murdered while undercover in Havana, and the investigation which follows that death. It will star Joseph Lawrence of 'Brotherly Love' and 'Urban Legends: Final Cut', Michael Dudikoff, Nicolas Brown 'Kites', mixed martial artist Heath Herring, Zulay Henao 'Fighting', Raul Julia Jr. and Lorena Rincon.
The film is slated for release in 2011, we do not know if that'll be in cinema.
