SYNOPSIS
Where the loony cops left off in the first three films, the motley misfits have taken over C.O.P. – Citizens On Patrol. Commandant Lazzard has decided that volunteers from the community will be trained by the crew in blue to spot crime as part of a neighbourhood watch scheme.
