Terri Hatcher terrifies as Bette Davis in Desperate Housewives Halloween special

As Halloween approaches and we're all desperately trying to decide whether we go with the witch costume again this year or something more exciting, the cast of Desperate  Housewives have obviously decided on theirs months ago. 

As these new pictures reveal, the stars of the ABC drama have all gone to town on their costumes this year, for a special Halloween episode entitled Excited and Scared. Many TV series this year are obviously doing the same, but Desperate Housewives has the honour of actually airing on the big day.

In the episode Renee dresses up in the iconic Marilyn Monroe white dress costume, but is surprised when a drag queen turns up with the same idea. The apparently ageless Bree is an old school cheerleader along with Keith the pirate. Susan is a dressing up as Betty Davies in Baby Jane while Lynette goes brunette and transforms into a 1920's flapper! However Gaby's costume is yet to be revealed, so we'll just have to wait and see when this exciting and hilarious looking episode reaches us from across the pond, hopefully shortly after Halloween.
