Q: Its not working, help!
A: Make sure you have a compatible browser. The latest versions of Firefox, Safari or Chrome are recommended. Also be sure you have the latest version of Flash – you can download it free from Adobe.

Q: What’s a fan reaction?
A: We at The Fan Carpet focus on getting the all important fans reaction to films as opposed to the official journalists review. We want to know what YOU think!

Q: How can I do a fan reaction?
A: We are often found in Leicester Square, London with our camera crew catching fans and filming their reactions after seeing new releases. Sometimes we accept home made video reactions, if you would like to send yours in, please contact us.

Q: How can I go to a free screening?
A: Free screenings for fans pop up from time to time. Once you have registered, just click the ‘I wanna see this’ button and we will contact you if you’re successful.

Q: Fan List?
A: Yeah, your personal fan list can have anything from Chocolate Chip Ice Cream to Johnny Depp or Chiwawas to the The Godfather. We want to get a good idea of who you are and what you like. That way we can pick the perfect fan to attend our screenings.

Q: Wow, that’s a lot of photos!
A: Yeah, we have a lot of photos for you to get lost in. We’ve got old photos from classic films and new photos from films due for release next year. And there’s more to come! All images are copyright to the distributor. You may not reproduce these images.

A: Sadly we’re not able to give you Brad Pitt’s phone number. I wish we had it, but we don’t, so don’t bother asking. A: After registering, you can build your fanlist which will help us choose the perfect fans to go to pre screenings. Quick.. go, go, go.

A: E-mail a member of the team via the contact us page – one of our sub-editors would be your best bet..

Q: When is the next premiere in London?
A: We try to keep you up to date with premiere news, so keep checking back to the site. Unfortunately we will not be able to answer every email that enquires about premieres but we will do our best to help you.

Q: Can I attend a premiere?
A: Premiere tickets are not made available to the public unless they’re charity premieres, in which case those on the mailing list of the relevant charity will be notified first. Other than that you’ll need to win a competition. Sometimes we allow fans to come along to the premieres to ask the film stars, directors and writers questions. If you are not one of these lucky people then you can always go down there yourself. Its advisable to go down to Leicester Square and join the crowds from 2pm that day. Additional we recommend you take something warm to wear, an umbrella and something to eat!

Q: Job Opportunities
A: Occasionally we are looking for new editors to review films, contact us with your CV if you are interested.

Q: What else?
A: More to come, my friend. More to come.
