Jonathan Liebesman wanted for Paramount’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles reboot

15 February 2012

Paramount may finally have found a director to tackle its reboot of those heroes in a half shell the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in the form of Jonathan Liebesman who is currently putting the finishing touches on his fantasy sequel Wrath of the Titans.

It's coming up to a year since Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol scribes Josh Appelbaum and André Nemec came aboard the production and with the emergence of Liebesman it gives us the idea of that Paramount will be going for massive action sequences and expensive special effects with the reboot.

With Transformers franchise helmer Michael Bay attached to produce the new action packed 'bang for your buck' agenda is a far cry from what we have seen from the mean green heroes before.
