Not One but Two Alien Prequels

The Alien prequel is reportedly going to be two films, whilst Robin Hood is his current project that'll be released in May, everyone at the press juckets are using them as an opportunity to ask Ridley Scott about the Alien prequel.
"It'll be two," says Ridley. "Prequel one and two, then Alien 1." However, he doesn't plan to film the two prequels back-to-back, as he just wants to get the first one made.
It is reported that the film will be shot in 3D, and according to Ridley, 3D doesn't like the dark, so he will have to shoot the film in brightness and darken it in post-production.
