Rob Corddry wanted as M in Warm Bodies

Hollywood funnyman Rob Corddry who was sat seen in Cedar Rapids and has starred in films including Hot Tub Time Machine, Harold & Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay and What Happens in Vegas is in talks to join Nicholas Hoult in Warm Bodies.

Warm Bodies is adapted from Isaac Marion's novel, and is the latest project from 50/50's Jonathan Levine that will see Hoult as R, an independent-thinking corpse who shares the memories of a young boy after consuming his brain which leads him to orm a bond with the boy’s (living) girlfriend, played by Teresa Palmer. As he protects her from the other zombies, he slowly regains humanity.

Corddry is said to be up for the role of M, the only other emotionally advanced zombie, and while there is no official release date, Corddry looks set to join the cast.

Corddry has a few films headed for release, with the recently completed Butter likely to appear in cinemas first followed by Seeking a Friend for the End of the World and animated tale Escape from Planet Earth set to arrive next year.
