Scream Queen Hayden Panettiere wants more mature roles
With Scream 4 currently holding strong at the top of the UK Box Office frachise newcomer Hayden Panettiere has revealed that she wants to take on more mature roles.
The gorgeous Heroes alum said "I'm getting to the age where I don't want to play high school anymore. I feel like I'm finally getting to that place where I can play those in-their-early-20s roles, which are the ones you can really sink your teeth into. I still have to get over that hump of being seen as the cheerleader - and as very, very, young."
She'll next be heard in Hoodwinked Too! Hood vs. Evil as the heroine Red Riding Hood alongside Hollywood legend Glenn Close and the incredible Patrick Warburton which follows Red Riding Hood who is training in the group of Sister Hoods, when she and the Wolf are called to examine the sudden mysterious disappearance of Hansel and Gretel.
Following that, she will be seen as Amy in Lawrence Roeck's Carmel alongside Josh Hutcherson that follows a teenager who wanders into Carmel, California, where he is soon introduced to the art-forgery community.
