Seth Rogen gets animated again for ‘Boo U’

19 August 2010

It is reported that Seth Rogen has nabbed another part in a DreamWorks ‘toon, winning the lead role in the company’s spooky film 'Boo U'.

The comedy great, who is known for appearing in 'Funny People', 'Observe And Report' and next year's comic adaptation 'The Green Hornet' is giving the likes of Jonah Hill and Jim Carrey a run for their money to claim the title of "Most Animated Characters Voiced In One Career".

According to reports Rogen will portray the lacklustre spook that is sent back to ghoul school to learn how to get his scary mojo working again. There, we expect, he’ll learn a lesson about being himself and not letting the fact that he’s dead interfere with achieving his goals.

Rogen has lent his voice to many animated films including 'Shrek The Third', 'Kung Fu Panda', 'Monsters Vs Aliens', not to mention the various Panda and Monsters shorts, and will reprise his role in the upcoming 'Kung Fu Panda 2: Kaboom of Doom'. Plus he was also in 'Horton Hears a Who!' And he voices the title character in 'Paul'.

The film will likely make an appearance in 2012 or 2013.
