Stacy Keach joins Universal’s The Bourne Legacy
He's best known as Mike Hammer and has starred in American History X and Machete and now it is reported that Stacy Keach has signed on to star alongside Jeremy Renner in the upcoming The Bourne Legacy.
However the studio are keeping mum about the role he will play as well as plot details what we do know is that the fourth instalment of the highly successful Bourne series sees the return of the franchise's screenwriter, Tony Gilroy, this time stepping into the director's seat for an entry which sidelines main character Jason Bourne in order to focus on a fellow estranged assassin.
Universal's co-chairman, Donna Langley, its co-president of production, Peter Cramer and its director of development, Anikah McLaren will oversee the project.
Set for an August 17 2012 release in the UK, The Bourne Legacy features a cast that includes Rachel Weisz, Edward Norton, Albert Finney and Joan Allen.
