Jonah Hill flexes his Dramatic muscles

26 June 2010

'Get Him To The Greek' funnyman is happy to show his dramatic skills in upcoming film 'Cyrus' that he stars in as the son of Marisa Tomei, the rest of the cast are Catherine Keener and John C. Reilly.

He said  “Yeah it's definitely more of a dramatic stretch for me. It was the first time ever it was difficult for me to go home at the end of the day and shake off what I was doing earlier in the day and just hang with my friends or my girlfriend and be normal after playing such a severely affected guy. It's my family's favourite movie I've ever been in. Some of the movies I've done my parents can appreciate that other people love them but they themselves aren't massive fans of them. They just don't like some of the language in the other movies. They do like 'Superbad' and 'Knocked Up' and 'Forgetting Sarah Marshall' and 'Get him to the Greek' but this was just more their thing."

'Cyrus' sees Jonah play a son who is less than happy with her mums new boyfriend. The film arrives in the UK later this year.
