THIS DOES PUT A SMILE ON MY FACE: Marvel’s Avengers: Infinity War odds-on to be UK’s highest grossing Film of 2018

Avengers: Infinity War is hotly fancied at 8/11 with Betway to be the UK's highest grossing film of 2018.

The leading online bookmaker is predicting the latest Marvel offering will be next year's box office smash hit, confidently priced as the favourite to be 2018's highest grossing film.

The superhero movie heads the betting from Solo: A Star Wars Story at 11/4, which follows the early adventures of Han Solo and Chewbacca and gives series enthusiasts further excitement following the release of The Last Jedi earlier this month.

Further down the list are the eagerly anticipated sequels The Incredibles 2 and Deadpool 2, with Betway 7/1 and 10/1 respectively for either movie to be the UK's highest grossing of 2018.

Betway's Alan Alger, said "The latest Avengers movie is predicted to be a massive hit and we are 8/11 for Marvel's latest creation to be the UK's highest grossing movie of 2018.
