Kylie Minogue was established as an international star with her role on the popular Australian soap “Neighbours” (1985). Her singing career was launched purely by accident when a record company heard her rendition of “The Loco-Motion” and was encouraged to sign with them in 1987. Five albums followed and Kylie has made history with more than 20 consecutive top ten hits in the UK.
She went back to acting in 1989 with her feature film debut, “The Delinquents” (1989) and has also appeared in “Street Fighter” (1994), “Bio-Dome” (1996) and “Moulin Rouge” (2001).
