American actor. He may be best known for portraying Lewis Skolnick in the successful Revenge of the Nerds series of comedy film and Sam McGuire on the Disney Channel sitcom Lizzie McGuire.
Carradine made his film debut in 1972 in The Cowboys with John Wayne. He made an appearance as a killer in the Martin Scorsese film Mean Streets alongside his brother David; Was with this same brother again in The Long Riders, about the Jesse James Gang, and was in Massacre at Central High in 1976. He was in the successful Revenge of the Nerds series of films as the nerd named Lewis Skolnick. He also played Lizzie’s (Hilary Duff) father, Sam McGuire, on the Disney TV series Lizzie McGuire. Carradine will star with Miko Hughes, Ruth Buzzi, Nick Turturro, and David Proval in the epic dark comedy/mystery, City of Shoulders and Noses, scheduled for release in 2009.
