British actor best known for his role in Cry Wolf. He is currently playing a recurring character in the hit show, ER. This follows his role in the Tom Cruise-starring Valkyrie directed by Bryan Singer and out February 25, 2008.
Morris began acting at the Anna Scher Theatre in London. It was there, when he was thirteen, that a director on the hit British drama The Knock spotted him and asked him to play a boy pushed into the drug trade. Morris continued his intensive training under Anna Scher for the next eight years. In this period more opportunities arose and after appearing in several television shows, films, and commercials; he went on to spend three seasons with the Royal Shakespeare Company. Working with directors such as Steven Pimlott, Tim Albery and Elijah Moshinsky, and alongside actors as diverse as Simon Russell Beale, Samuel West and Roger Allam. He credits this with being a major influence on his learning and craft. He is currently in United States enjoying a burgeoning film career after playing the lead in the NBC pilot Young Arthur (2002) (TV) and the film Cry Wolf (2005).
Morris will next be seen in the independent film Donkey Punch. This film follows seven young adults on vacation aboard a luxury yacht. After one of them dies in a freak accident, the ensuing panic and chaos leads to a ruthless fight for survival. The film was critically honored at its appearance at the 2008 Sundance Film Festival.He also appeared in the Sugababes video ‘Freak Like me’.
