SYNOPSIS
BAWAAL. Filmed extensively in Europe, Bawaal tells the story of Ajay Dixit (Varun Dhawan), a history teacher with a penchant for grandiosity, who embarks on a journey to salvage his image through an audacious expedition of World War 2 landmarks across Europe. The narrative of World War 2 is used as a metaphor, highlighting the relentless human condition of constantly yearning for more, never fully satisfied with life as is. This journey ultimately becomes a transformative experience for Dixit, challenging him to confront the war within himself.
