"Clouseau's big mistake"

Basically it's stupid and predictable with only a handful of laughs. This is your typical Pink Panther story but this time around Insp. Clouseau must team up with detectives from other countries to solve the case of the theft of several historical artifacts.

Steve Martin is a wild and crazy guy and does a reasonable job of being the dim-witted Clouseau. John Cleese did an excellent job as the Chief Inspector and Jeremy Irons lights up our screens for a hole 4 minutes. Unfortunately the few genuine laughs are quickly covered up by the over exasperating slapstick and pointless characters. Overall its a pretty poor sequel and we won't be ready for the third part for quite some time.
