SYNOPSIS
Ghost. This gritty and lyrical drama follows a grizzled ex-con on the first day of freedom as he must reconnect with an estranged wife and conflicted son before his violent past catches up with them.
The film tackles the complexities of the father-son relationship, toxic masculinity and burden of responsibility.
Ghost was entirely shot on an iPhone with a specially adapted anamorphic cinema lens uniquely created by Moondog Labs based in New York, which was previously used by the renowned filmmakers Steven Soderbergh and Sean Baker on their ground-breaking ventures into shooting movies on a smartphone.
