SYNOPSIS
School of Babel. The film follows a year in the life of the quite inspirational French teacher Brigitte Cervoni whose class consists of 24 teenagers, each one a different nationality and whose first language is something other than French. This ‘reception’ class is outside the main education system but with a view to integrating the pupils into mainstream schooling as soon as possible, something she achieves with an incredible enthusiasm and affection for her class.
